God dammit. The first issue of the Buffy Season 8 comic has been delayed until the 21st of this month. 🙁

Aye, “continuing adventures”-type deal. It ought to be really good, as Joss Whedon is overseeing it and writing a few issues, and they’ve got a bunch of the former Buffy writers doing issues as well (Jane Espenson, Drew Goddard, Drew Z. Greenberg, and Steven DeKnight are the ones I can remember off the top of my head).
I’ve never been into comic books, but this looks great. They posted the first couple of pages of it a while back, there’s some great bits referencing things that happened in Season 5 of Angel, too. (The comics actually look to pick up about a year, I think, after Buffy ended… so it’s after Angel S5 too).
