I’ve added a couple of new themes to my website…a Matrix-style black and green one, and a really nice looking blue-and-orange. If the theme pages doesn’t work, let me know. I think Internet Explorer for Windows has problems with it…

I was just reading through some of my previous LJ entries, figured I’d do some of these quizzes again, see if I got different results this time around. 🙂

There were two supporting bands with Opeth last night…Alchemist was on the tour with them, and there was a different local band in each city. Alchemist were pretty good, I’ll have to investigate further (hadn’t heard any of their stuff before), but the local band, Flesh Mechanic…holy shit. They /sucked/. Horribly. The guitars and drums were basically played as fast as possible, which resulted in them sounding like pure noise (no comments about any metal being pure noise here, thanks ;)) and the vocalist sucked too. Bleh. Fortunately they weren’t on for very long.

Just got back from the Opeth concert at the Metro Theatre in the city. OMG. 😀 They fucking rock. And my hearing is somewhat wonky, heh. They said this was probably one of the best audiences they’d had, and that they’ll have to tell all the other Swedish metal bands to come over here. 😀

Oh yes, and there was the E2 meet as well. 😉 That was pretty cool.

I bought Metroid Prime on Thursday. 😀 It’s damn cool. Kinda struggling with the controls, though…it’s not set up like your standard first-person shooter.

On Friday night we went to the pub…they had a foam party in the beer garden. I wasn’t planning on going in, but I got dragged in. Drenched + 12-degree weather = recipe for a nasty cold. 🙁 Last night we went to the pub again, but were only there a couple of hours…everyone was really tired.

Daaamn, system-linked Halo and MechAssault is awesome. 😀 We definitely need to get some more friends to get Xboxes, so we can have more controllers and more players. 😀

I went on one of my mad complete-room-cleaning sprees this evening, and thus I’ve taken some pics and added the Room page to my site. 🙂

Heh, we’ve got a repeat of last week now…movies last night, video games and drinking tonight. 😉 We saw Cradle 2 The Grave. The plot isn’t especially deep, but it’s just a bit of mindless action. (Oh, and I think I’m going to scream if I see another movie with SMS-isms in the title. Take the Fast And The Furious sequel, for example: “2 Fast 2 Furious”. AAAARRGHHHH! *stab stab die hate kill*).

Going to try hooking our two Xboxen up tonight…and the friend who’s house I’m going to has two widescreen TVs for us to use. :)~
