Woo! Just got back from the sydneysiders meet! It was very good. Met several new people (tannymonster, darkjudicator, dr_nic, alice_pinafore, minga, and a handful of others whose names I didn’t get a chance to get), and a couple I’ve met previously (__stripped and maryann_)! So hurrah for random internet people! 😀 And now, bedtime!

WTF! It’s the middle of April, and it’s 32 degrees outside! Stupid fucking weather. BRING ON THE COLD WEATHER!
Nice…I’m up to a bit over $2500 in my savings account now. I’m saving up for a new car for when I get my green P’s. At the moment the most likely candidate is an RX Impreza (which amusingly enough was the car I was originally wanting to get before I got my license). I’m going to have to pay off my current car loan first, though…there’s a bit over $2600 left on it. And I’ll have to get /another/ loan for when I get the Impreza. Dad reckons I ought to see if I can find a good deal at a dealer, and trade the Corolla in on it. I certainly won’t get the full price back, but it’ll be more convenient, and I’ll be able to spend a bit more on the new car than I would otherwise. 🙂
Cold is steadily getting better. And the amount of tissues left in the house is rapidly decreasing. 😉
