Well, we had my friend’s 21st last night. It wasn’t bad, but knowing we had to drive home the next day sort of put a damper on things. :\
However, I now have most of a case of Bundy and coke left. 😀
…shit. No Xbox night tonight after all. My friend’s parents are home. 🙁
Woo. Xbox night tomorrow night, then we’re going up to Lake Macquarie for a friend’s 21st on Saturday afternoon/night. 🙂
Cars really are a money sink, heh. All my rego and stuff is coming up…I’ve paid $573 for the greenslip, just got my rego check then ($28), and my rego costs about $220. And I swear there was something else I’ve forgotten…
I went on another of my mad cleaning sprees this evening. 🙂 And now that it’s all clean and tidy, I’ve updated the pics of my room on my website.
I had a relatively early night last night (I got about 5 hours sleep on Friday night) and got home from the pub at about 1:15am. Driving is the major win…I’m loving be able to go home whenever I want, quickly and easily. 🙂
We went down to the Mall today, and I pre-ordered Project Gotham Racing 2 for Xbox, and bought WarCraft II Battle.net edition, so we can crank out some WC2 at our next LAN. 😀 (Last one we had, there were distinct version mismatches…the PC guys had some old crappy DOS version).
Woo, going over to a friend’s place tonight for drinks and movies. 🙂
Urgh. It’s not even half-way through September yet, and my room is getting really hot at night already. :\ And what really sucks is when you take all the blankets off your bed so you can get to sleep, then wake up in the morning freezing and with a cold. I like the mild days of spring, but dammit, I want my cold nights!

Yet another new design for my website. (And yes Screwtape, it /is/ XHTML 1.1 compatible! :P). I’m back to waiting for a rev 2 G5. The iPod + new stereo plan for my car will definitely be happening (mmm, 40GB iPod…). Premium petrol does actually make quite a large difference in the performance of my car; it accelerates faster, at high revs it’s smoother and sounds quieter, and is just generally really good. Premium for me all the time now! My cold is is still here, and the sore throat has turned into a chest cold. Fortunately, I seem to be slowly beating it.
Well, last night was a complete waste of time.
Long story short, absolutely nothing happened. I got home at midnight. And the pub was blacked out! Noooo!
Since it’s such a nice sunny day today, I think I’m finally going to give my car a wash. 😉 It’s /filthy/. D: Speaking of my car, I filled it up with premium petrol last night, rather than normal, just to see what sort of a difference it makes. We shall see!
