Well. It’s our first day in the city today. We’re in Capital Centre, on Pitt St. The building is very swanky. The four hours of sleep that I got last night rather sucked, though.
Weekend was fun… on Friday night we hung out at a friend-of-a-friend’s place, who had pet snakes. A big-arse diamond python and a children’s python. She had another diamond python as well, but it wasn’t domesticated yet.
I didn’t get any pics of the diamond python.
On Saturday I went to the Gaelic Club, for a big metal festival thingy, which rocked.

I didn’t even know you were moving offices, I haven’t been paying much attention lately. oooh big city eh? Pitt st mall freaks me out at lunch time – just too fucking many people.
and from a previous job I know how much rental is on pitt street, you’d be amazed. we’re talking about $100,000 a month for a retail premesis on the mall.
😮
how’d the move actually go?
I was speaking to one of your customer service reps (at your suggestion, ta!) on friday and she was all ‘oh no wait, we’re moving’ when she was going to give out an address. She didn’t exactly sound excited at the prospect 🙂
Heheh. There’s two groups of people that work here… ones where Frenchs Forest was really easy to get to, and others for which it sucked. The people in the latter group are the ones that are loving the move to the city. 😉 I’m guessing the lady you spoke to falls into the former. 😉
AUGH IT’S A SNAKE!
*cries and hides in a fire*
Haha.
These snakes were awesome. 🙂
no thanks – im toasty right here
It looks more like you’re being attacked by the output of one of those machines that extrudes liquorice.
Hah.
See my reply to‘s comment below. 😉
You can thank my crappy-arse phone camera for that.
