That’s especially amusing considering my friend and I went down to the Mall yesterday and bought a box of boosters each (36 boosters, each booster contains 15 cards each. $180. Yes, I am an über-geek).
Phew! I’m finally back from Queensland. 🙂
We left last Saturday, and arrived back this evening a bit before 6pm. We were staying at The Beach House in Coolangatta, on the Gold Coast. The rooms were quite awesome, and the view! Holy crap. The Beach House is 17 stories, and we were on the 16th floor, facing the beach and the ocean. 🙂
We went to Dreamworld on Tuesday, which was quite awesome. Other than that we didn’t do all that much…wandered around Coolangatta, taking in the sights. I took a bunch of pics, mostly from our balcony and from the beach (see here).

I’m going to invest in a tripod for my camera, I think, and check out how much lenses are as well…

I’ve just redesigned my website. 🙂
Well…not really “re-designed” so much as “re-coloured and tweaked”. 🙂 I was getting a little sick of the beige, and I’m quite happy at how the colours work together for the new one. (I re-did my LJ pages to match the new colours, too).
I’ve got another design I’m working on, but it’s a totally different layout, and I can’t be arsed implementing it at the moment. 😀

Yay! The iMac has finally arrived! 😀
Well…it actually arrived last week. And it was an US model, so they had to change the power supply over to an Australian one. I came in and grabbed it Thursday afternoon, powered it up…and there was this two-inch-thick lines of pixels down the side of the screen that were distorted and ghosting. 🙁
I dropped it back on Friday, and the guys in the repair centre fixed it all up. 🙂
Now, waiting on the damn iPod Mini…there’s only thirty-five-thousand on back order. D:

Insomnia minus fucking minus.
Especially when you’re lying in bed yawning and your eyelids are getting heavy, but as soon as you roll over and close your eyes, you’re suddenly not tired anymore.

Heehee…I just plugged my iPod in to update it…
I now have 666MB of space left on it. 🙂 Even my iPod is metal.
Speaking of which, my “Jesus is f’ing metal” t-shirt arrived a couple of days ago (along with the other three shirts I ordered). 😀 (And lord_fryingpan was kind enough to drop them off on his way home after work).
YAY!
I got my green P’s. 😀
And a haircut.
And my local EB are having a midnight launch of Halo 2!
